Welcome to Grade A Cars. By accessing our website, submitting an application, reserving a vehicle, or renting a vehicle from Grade A Cars, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Grade A Cars, all renters and approved drivers must:

• Be at least 21 years old, unless otherwise approved by management
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process
• Pass a driver’s license verification check
• Pass a background screening review
• Meet insurance and eligibility requirements determined by Grade A Cars
• Provide proof of identity and residency if requested

Grade A Cars reserves the right to deny any application for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspended or revoked license
• Excessive traffic violations
• Serious driving infractions
• Fraudulent information
• Criminal background concerns
• Failure to meet insurance eligibility standards

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or vehicle availability.

2. Vehicle Use Restrictions

Vehicles rented through Grade A Cars may only be used for lawful purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Racing, drifting, or off-road driving
• Unauthorized commercial hauling or towing
• Using the vehicle for illegal activities
• Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle unless permitted
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Tampering with GPS or tracking devices installed in the vehicle

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems for theft prevention, recovery, payment protection, vehicle monitoring, and fleet management purposes.

3. Rental Payments

Renters agree to:

• Pay all rental charges on time
• Pay any applicable extensions, late fees, tolls, tickets, damages, administrative fees, or cleaning fees
• Maintain a valid payment method on file if required

Failure to make payments may result in:

• Vehicle disablement
• Repossession of the vehicle
• Termination of the rental agreement
• Additional recovery or collection fees

Grade A Cars reserves the right to remotely disable or recover a vehicle if payment obligations are not met or if the vehicle is considered at risk.

4. Tolls, Tickets & Violations

The renter is fully responsible for:

• Toll charges
• Parking tickets
• Traffic citations
• Red light camera violations
• Towing fees
• Impound fees

Administrative processing fees may be added to any tolls or violations incurred during the rental period.

These charges may be billed after the rental period ends if notices are received later.

5. Insurance & Liability

Grade A Cars may provide limited liability coverage where applicable; however:

• Coverage may be subject to restrictions and exclusions
• Renters may still be financially responsible for damages, deductibles, losses, or uncovered liabilities
• Personal belongings inside the vehicle are not covered
• Unauthorized drivers may void coverage protections

The renter agrees to immediately report any accident, damage, theft, or police interaction involving the vehicle.

Failure to properly report incidents may result in additional liability.

6. Vehicle Condition

The renter acknowledges that:

• The vehicle was received in acceptable condition unless otherwise documented
• The renter is responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness and care
• Excessive dirt, smoke odor, stains, pet hair, or damage may result in additional charges

The renter agrees to return the vehicle:

• On time
• In substantially the same condition received
• With all accessories, keys, and documents included

7. Reservation & Availability

Vehicle reservations are subject to:

• Availability
• Verification
• Approval

Grade A Cars does not guarantee a specific vehicle model unless confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to substitute similar vehicles when necessary.

8. Website Use

Users of this website agree not to:

• Submit false information
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Copy or misuse website content
• Interfere with website functionality
• Use automated bots or spam systems

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, and text remain the property of Grade A Cars.

9. Application Consent

By submitting an application through our website, you authorize Grade A Cars to:

• Verify your identity
• Verify your driver’s license status
• Conduct background checks where permitted by law
• Review driving history and eligibility information
• Contact you regarding your application or rental

You certify that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.

10. Limitation of Liability

Grade A Cars shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost income or business interruption
• Delays due to mechanical issues
• Personal property left inside vehicles
• Third-party service interruptions
• Acts outside of our reasonable control

Use of our vehicles and website is at your own risk.

11. Termination of Rental

Grade A Cars may terminate a rental agreement immediately if:

• Payments are overdue
• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• The vehicle is abused or misused
• The renter becomes ineligible to drive

The renter agrees to immediately return the vehicle upon request.

12. Privacy & Data Usage

By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Grade A Cars reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
